Data Engineer, Data Analytics Practice
Jack is a Data Engineer in the Data Analytics Practice.
Jack’s work is focused on developing production quality infrastructure for data collection, science and visualisation, that is robust, and scalable to very large datasets.
Prior to joining Nesta, Jack worked as a Data Scientist for a UK food charity, using tools and techniques to improve the efficiency and impact of redistributing surplus food to charities and community groups, and more recently, for an insurance telematics start-up, developing scoring algorithms to track and improve driver safety through smartphone apps.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys volunteering, cooking, reading, and running.
