Nesta is a research and innovation foundation. We apply our deep expertise in applied methods to design, test and scale solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, working across the innovation lifecycle.
Consultant, People Powered Results
Izzy worked on projects to put people and their lived experiences at the heart of organisations and public systems.
Izzy joined Nesta from Behaviour Change, where she spent two and a half years working on a wide range of projects to implement behavioural insights with charities, businesses and local government. Her areas of work have focused primarily on sustainability, with topics including recycling, littering, active travel, access to nature and school exclusions. She brings a passionate interest in climate justice to her role.
Before joining Behaviour Change, Izzy worked in publishing, including at the Indigo Press and Waterstones. She’s also worked as a freelance writer and photographer, having built up a significant portfolio of work in theatre and events.
Outside work, Izzy can be found cooking up a storm, cycling around London and running a cryptic crossword Instagram page.
