Assistant Programme Manager, healthy life mission
She/Her
Hema is an assistant programme manager, providing support for projects across Nesta’s healthy life mission.
Before joining Nesta, Hema was the healthcare professionals education and events senior officer at Breast Cancer Now. In this role, she worked on educational products and events to support and improve engagement with healthcare professionals involved in the breast cancer pathway.
She completed her Master’s in Global Health and Development at University College London and previously worked at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute in Singapore, where she developed global health courses for higher education learners.
Outside of work, Hema enjoys spin classes, reading and eating Southeast Asian food.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
