Hattie joined Nesta Mission Studio as part of the On Purpose Associate Programme.
She has over five years experience in leading the operation of an architecture practice. Within this role, Hattie led all business and people operations, implementing processes and strategies to improve financial and team efficiency. Hattie found developing the team and creating supported career paths particularly rewarding, along with the constant juggling act of resourcing interesting projects. She also formed a woman’s group and other initiatives to strengthen female leadership.
Before this, Hattie worked for a large group of childrens nurseries, project managing their new openings and acquisitions, and prior to this she did a stint as a Personal Trainer. She holds a degree in Fashion and Contour from De Montfort University.
Outside of work, Hattie enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking in the mountains, exploring new places and keeping fit.
