Salesforce Administrator, Technology
Gail works as a Salesforce administrator, helping to deliver Nesta's mission by supporting its staff in their use of the Salesforce CRM database.
Gail loves working in the voluntary/third sector and her background has been in volunteer management and coordination. Through various roles including at The Welcoming, which welcomes refugees, asylum seekers and new Scots to Edinburgh, and at Gorgie City Farm, Gail developed a great love of Salesforce as an end user through using it for volunteer management.
She made the decision to re-train as a Salesforce administrator and now also volunteers with a small Edinburgh-based charity helping them to set up Salesforce for their staff team. She really enjoys problem-solving and delivering training to support staff, both very much part of any Salesforce admin role.
Gail is an English graduate with a great love of people and volunteers on a national helpline so she can spend even more time listening and talking. Outside work she reads a great deal, is passionate about sewing (from embroidery to dressmaking and mending and everything in between) and loves walking around Edinburgh where she is based.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
