Nesta is a research and innovation foundation. We apply our deep expertise in applied methods to design, test and scale solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, working across the innovation lifecycle.
Assistant Programme Manager
Emma was an Assistant Programme Manager working in the Challenge Prize Centre, supporting the delivery of a number of prizes, including the Mobility Unlimited Challenge.
Emma joined Nesta from Leonard Cheshire Disability where she spent 3 1/2 years working across their digital inclusion and assistive technology programmes. She is also a former Co-Director of the UK Youth Climate Coalition, where she volunteered for two and a half years. Before coming to London, Emma worked at a few other non-profits around the world including Greenpeace International and the Women's Global Network for Reproductive Rights.
At the weekends, Emma can be found spending most of her salary on houseplants, and spending time with her cat, Rory.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
