Chair
Ed Richards is the Chair of Trustees. He is also Chair of the Board of the Behavioural Insights Team.
Ed is a Managing Partner at Flint Global Ltd, a business advisory company which he co-founded in 2015 and which operates across Europe specialising in policy, regulatory and competition issues. He was previously Chief Executive of Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, from 2006-2014, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer. In the early 2000s, Ed worked in the Prime Minister’s Policy Unit at 10 Downing Street where he worked across a wide range of domestic policy areas. Prior to this, he led the Corporate Strategy team at the BBC during the development of digital technology and services.
