About Nesta

Nesta is a research and innovation foundation. We apply our deep expertise in applied methods to design, test and scale solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, working across the innovation lifecycle.

At Challenge Works, Dylan is a programme manager, currently managing the Good Start Challenge.

This challenge is an initiative developed by the Van Leer Foundation to promote the wellbeing of parents and caregivers of children aged 0-5.

Before joining Challenge Works, Dylan led humanitarian teams and programming across the Middle East and East Africa. She has led projects with several non-governmental organisations (NGOs) across a range of sectors, focusing on life-saving assistance. Most recently, she worked with IMPACT Initiatives, a Geneva-based humanitarian research NGO, to advise donors and operational partners on populations with the highest need in crisis settings.

Dylan is motivated by driving change for social good in order to create more fair and sustainable communities. She is deeply interested in how to foster links between disciplines to create collective impact, pushing the boundaries of how we can collectively approach problem solving.

In her spare time, Dylan is usually on a dog walk with her pup, trying to soak up the arts and theatre in London, or still attempting to master a headstand in her yoga classes.
