Director of Property Operations
Donovan has joined Nesta as Director of Property Operations to help navigate the business through a period of transition as we reimagine how we use our office spaces.
As an engineer, Donovan has been driven by an intellectual curiosity to solve problems and throughout his career has accomplished this by focusing on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to new learnings.
Donovan spent the last 10 years working for Canary Wharf where he was co-managing Director of Operations, responsible for the 97-acre estate. During his time here he was fortunate enough to move across into the residential sector and launched Vertus, a private rented arm of the business which has successfully delivered over 1500 high-end rental apartments.
Outside of work, Donovan enjoys travelling the world with his family and teaching his kids about different cultures. He enjoys meeting new people so if you ever need anyone to bounce ideas off please feel free to reach out.
