David Noon is a senior partner and vice chair who specialises in leading complex multinational corporate clients at Deloitte.
He is responsible for the firm’s government and political relationships in the UK and is a full-time lead client service partner (LCSP), working extensively with boards of directors, risk and audit committees, and executives. David has experience of major projects and transactions across a number of sectors, including consumer business, media, telecoms, specialised manufacturing, mining, health, and transport.
Previously, he was the COO of Deloitte in North and South Europe, with responsibility for day-to-day operations and business transformation.
