Designer, Design & Technology
Cynthia is a designer and community engagement practitioner working across projects that aim to deliver social impact and foster systems change.
Since 2018, her work has focussed on building meaningful relationships with communities and partners, facilitating inclusive engagement, and using creativity to bring people together. She has worked with organisations such as Barnardo’s, The Design Museum, NHS teams and community organisations to develop creative resources and projects that influence strategy and practice.
Cynthia holds an MA in Design: Expanded Practice from Goldsmiths University. She also holds a Master’s degree from Paris Dauphine PSL and a Bachelor’s degree from Paris Sorbonne, where she studied intercultural management and applied foreign languages, grounding her practice in learning from plural cultures and perspectives.
Outside of work, she loves singing, making crafty stuff and sharing moments of laughter with her loved ones.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
