Programme Manager, People Powered Results
Charli was a Programme Manager in the Health Lab.
Her main focus was working within the People Powered Results team, supporting front-line health and social care teams to test out new methods to achieve rapid change.
Prior to Nesta, Charli worked as a Project Manager for an NHS Clinical Commissioning Group in Manchester, helping develop health transformation projects for populations across Greater Manchester.
Previously, she also worked within Children and Young People's Services in a Local Authority in Wales. This included work in Children's Social Care, Participation, Young People Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) and Play Development. Working both locally and nationally, Charli supported the local authority to achieve outcomes for children and young people through strategy development, partnership management and project implementation.
Both in and outside of work, Charli has developed a real passion for children's rights and has volunteered with local charities to support with their commitment to involving children and young people in the development of their services.
Charli is a politics graduate from Swansea University and in her spare time enjoys baking bread, editing her first novel and trying out a bit of stand up comedy.
