Bashar is a senior researcher at Challenge Works. He works with the rest of the research team on defining and designing our programmes.
His passion lies in using innovative solutions to address society's most complex challenges. He is driven by community building and expanding technology to serve the future of humanity.
Bashar's extensive experience spans across various sectors. He worked in consultancy for years, assisting governmental agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers, financial institutions, media companies and heavy manufacturers in strategically designing and implementing transformative solutions and change programmes. Additionally, he has significant experience working with the UN in conflict zones worldwide and as an academic researcher in leading UK universities. Bashar holds a Master's in Public Policy from Oxford University.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Bashar cycling, gardening, reading or having long walks in places he’s never visited.
