Nesta is a research and innovation foundation. We apply our deep expertise in applied methods to design, test and scale solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, working across the innovation lifecycle.
Behavioural scientist, sustainable future mission
Adrian was a behavioural scientist in the sustainable future mission, applying behavioural science to support the UK's journey to net zero.
Before Nesta, Adrian worked across various roles in Westminster, including project delivery, policy, behavioural science and human-centred design.
Prior to this, Adrian was part of the founding team for Stockholm's largest inner-city state school and was responsible for the school's approach to student government and extracurricular student life.
Adrian studied liberal arts for his undergraduate degree, majoring in psychology, at Yale-NUS College in Singapore. He moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue an MSc in Behaviour Change at University College London.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
