Sir John Gieve, Chair of Nesta’s Board of Trustees, said, “We are happy to welcome Ian Gomes to Nesta’s Board. He has a wealth of experience and will be a great asset to the organisation. This is particularly exciting as he joins in the year that Nesta will embark on its new strategy, tackling some of the most urgent challenges being faced by society as we rebuild from the shock of COVID-19.”

Ian Gomes said, “I am delighted to be joining Nesta at a critical time as it seeks solutions to the burning issues faced by society, some of which have been exacerbated by the COVID pandemic.
