Overview
Reporting into the Head of Knowledge, Learning and Development, the Knowledge, Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the core administrative and logistical tasks of the Knowledge, Learning & Development team across the Nesta Group (Nesta and BIT). The role provides crucial support to the Head of K,L&D and the Talent and Development Advisor, enabling them to focus on strategy and delivery. This is a practical, detail-oriented role requiring exceptional organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

What we offer
Salary: £20,880 (60% FTE of £34,800) plus array of benefits, including health cash plans, dental insurance, the ability to buy and sell annual leave, eyecare vouchers and more
Location: This role is based in Blackfriars, London, hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of two days in the office
Term: Permanent
Hours: This is a 0.6FTE role that can be done across 3, 4 or 5 days per week on a part time basis.
