Prize draw terms and conditions

  1. The Promoter is Nesta, a registered charity in England and Wales 1144091 and Scotland SC042833 and a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales with company number 07706036. Our registered address is 58 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0DS.
  2. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete and submit the survey before midnight on 8th September 2019.
  3. Entry to the Prize Draw is open to UK residents over 18 years only.
  4. Only one entry per individual is permitted.
  5. Employees or family members of employees of Nesta or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Prize Draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry.
  6. One winner will win a prize of a £75 Love2Shop gift card. The prize is not transferable and is non-refundable.
  7. The winner will be chosen at random out of all eligible and completed surveys received by the closing date.
  8. The draw will take place on 19th September 2019 and the winner will be notified by 19th October 2019 (using the email address provided to Nesta). Only the winner will be notified and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are up to date and accurate.
  9. The winner will be required to send Nesta full details of their postal address to which the prize will be delivered.
  10. If the winner cannot be contacted by Nesta, does not claim the prize within 28 days of being notified by Nesta or decides to decline the prize, Nesta reserves the right to select a substitute winner.
  11. The name of the winner will be available 28 days after the draw date for a 14 day period by sending a SAE to: Nesta, FAO Media Team, 58 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0DS.
  12. Nesta reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value or cancel the draw at any time at Nesta’s discretion.
  13. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
  14. Nesta accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
  15. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  16. Nesta’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
