If you elect to enter the Prize Draw, you will be asked to give us personal information such as your name, phone number and email address. Our legal basis for processing this information is that the processing is necessary to allow you to enter the Prize Draw and to meet the legal requirements applicable to prize draws and competitions.
We will share your personal information with our platform provider, SurveyGizmo, who help us to administer the Prize Draw. They will only process your information on our instructions and we remain the controller of your personal information in this arrangement. Our legal basis for sharing your information in this way is our legitimate interest in using third party technology partners to achieve greater efficiency within our organisation. We will keep your information for as long as is necessary to administer the Prize Draw and for a period of 3 years thereafter.
