The project: Supercluster Sandbox

Team Malaysia diagnosed that policymaking and regulation has failed to catch up to current technological advances, creating complications in regulating new sectors and business models and leading to ‘unregulated chaos’. Their solution is to create a regulatory sandbox, the Supercluster Sandbox, to develop a framework for better access to, integration of, and sharing of data, focusing on mobility and e-healthcare as proofs-of-concept.
