Six thinking hats

Thinking hats is a technique that allows a range of different viewpoints to be brought into a discussion while still keeping focused on the issue in hand.

It’s a technique that can be used to encourage people to look at a problem from a number of different perspectives, making what might be an overly complex issue a stimulating topic of conversation.
