Aidan Kelly

Aidan is a junior data scientist in the Data Science Practice, embedded in the sustainable future mission to focus on the reduction of carbon emissions from UK households.

Before joining Nesta, Aidan was a data scientist for an ethical data consultancy where he worked on projects ranging from validating energy efficiency ratings for UK homes to the ethics of AI.

He holds a PhD in Particle Physics from UCL where he researched dark matter at the large hadron collider. 

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys playing football, frequenting the gym, learning Portuguese and socialising with friends.
