Senior Analyst, fairer start mission
Tim is a senior analyst in the fairer start mission at Nesta.
He works on innovation projects in partnership with local authorities, with the aim of eliminating the school readiness gap between children born into deprivation and their peers.
Tim is passionate about applying research and design principles to reduce inequality and help people live happier lives. During a PhD and post-doctorate he bridged the gap between academics, healthcare professionals and people affected by dementia to create new solutions. Before joining Nesta, Tim led projects in research communications and commercial innovation at Alzheimer’s Society and the venture builder Zinc.
Outside Nesta, you’re most likely to find Tim running, cycling or gardening around south east London.
