Analyst, fairer start mission
Adrian is an analyst for the fairer start mission, working to narrow the outcome gap for disadvantaged children.
Before Nesta, Adrian worked across a variety of roles in Westminster, including project delivery, policy, behavioural science and human-centred design.
Prior to this, Adrian was part of the founding team for Stockholms largest inner-city state school and responsible for the school's approach to student government and extracurricular student life.
Adrian studied his undergraduate degree in liberal arts, majoring in psychology, at Yale-NUS College in Singapore. He moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue an MSc in Behaviour Change at University College London.
