Head of People Team
Simona is the People Business Partner for Nesta's People Team.
Simona has been at Nesta for a few years now and has worked in more than one role within the HR team.
She is currently covering the role of Interim HR Business Partner. The most important part of her role is to work very closely with line managers to support them in their day to day operational HR needs.
