Knowledge, Learning and Development Advisor, People Team
Shruti is the Knowledge, Learning and Development Advisor working across Nesta and the Behavioural Insights Team.
Before Nesta, Shruti worked with Warner Bros. Discovery in talent acquisition with a focus on early careers, talent operations and transforming HR systems and tech during the merger between Warner Bros. and Discovery.
She also holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science which sparked her keen interest in areas of organisational dynamics, change management and behavioural science.
Shruti spends her weekends discovering more of London, knitting, watching horror movies and Formula 1!
