With a background in research, strategy and project management, Phillipa has specialised in service design and innovation since 2005, helping organisations work smarter and more effectively through becoming genuinely customer-driven.
Phillipa undertakes bespoke user testing and research, and provides strategic design support in business, policy and partnership development. She has also run a range of collaborative innovation and visioning workshops for organisations and groups. And she regularly speaks on topics challenging the traditional roles of provider and customer.
