What I do

Jen leads The Finance Innovation Lab’s new business development and partnership cultivation. She also supports the core team development around culture, learning and strategy and will play an instrumental role in leveraging the Lab’s business model for growth.

Jen Morgan co-founded The Finance Innovation Lab in 2009.

She has 20 years of international experience in developing and delivering large-scale, high-profile innovation programmes, having worked with British Airways, The Body Shop and HSBC.

She holds a BBA in International Business (Hostra, USA) and a Masters in Sustainability and Responsibility (Ashridge, UK) where she focussed her thesis on ‘How Relationships are Catalysts for Systems Change’. She is a Fellow of Cambridge Judges’ Business Schools Centre for Social Innovation, a Sustainability Advisor to Earth Capital Partners.

Her values are based on interconnectivity, expansiveness and harmony and she is energised by working with other ‘big picture change agents’.

For this month's edition of Lab Notes, Jen Morgan, co-founder of The Finance Innovation Lab, (named in 2012 as one of our 50 New Radicals), describes why The Finance Innovation Lab was set up and how it’s working towards financial reform in her guest blog ‘Why the financial system needs an innovation lab’
