What I do
Gina leads the knowledge and innovation team at the United Nations Development Operations Coordination Office, focusing on data, advocacy and integrating social innovation into joint UN work. She has 14 years' development experience in UNICEF and UNDP and three years in the NGO sector. Gina took part in the data revolution coordinating Eastern Europe and Central Asia teams during their crowd-sourcing exercise and MY World surveys that fed into the sustainable development goals. She blogs and was the lead author for The Global Conversation Begins: Emerging Views for a new Development Agenda and co-editor of several regional UNDG publications including From Transition to Transformation: Sustainable and Inclusive Development in Europe and Central Asia.
