What I do
Camilla was a Project Assistant in Nesta’s Innovation Lab in the Challenge Prize team.
She supported the Horizon 2020 project, which involved the design of a series of challenges prizes for the European Commission to launch in 2015 as part of Horizon 2020, the EU’s biggest ever research and innovation framework programme. She also supported the launch of a new challenge prize around assistive technologies.
Prior to joining Nesta, Camilla spent seven years at The Futures Company, a strategy and innovation consultancy with deep expertise in foresight and futures techniques. Here she worked with both public and private sector clients to help them understand how longer term cultural, social, technological and environmental shifts will impact consumers and businesses in the future.
Camilla has a particular interest in exploring the future of personalised health and wellbeing, and how this is being shaped by emerging technologies.
