Shira is part of the Challenge Works team, helping to create and mobilise marketing strategies and initiatives which communicate what we do - and why it matters.

With over 10 years experience in global digital marketing and design roles, she uses data, psychology and creativity to inform marketing best practice. Previously, she has led marketing functions in sectors including food science and regulations, events, agriculture, AR/XR gaming, fashion and L&D.

She obtained a professional certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2019. This, in parallel with consistent formal training in UX/UI, graphic design, inbound marketing and more has cemented her user-first and ethical approach to marketing. Energised by emerging innovations in marketing, she aspires to help our visitors find information that matters in exciting ways.

Outside of work, she is often found at live music or comedy, attempting to learn German or wild swimming.
