Project Manager, Programme Management Office
Polly joins as project manager for the Programme Management Office to review, design and implement improved processes within Nesta's current operating environment.
Before Nesta, I was the governance manager for a submarine replacement programme within the Ministry of Defence on the Civil Service Fast Stream. My roles included stakeholder management, issue management and supporting quicker, informed decision-making. I also provided widespread administrative support across the team.
Before joining the Ministry of Defence, I studied Social Policy and Politics at the University of Bristol. My key interests included global health policy, climate policy and violence against women and girls. I went on to write my dissertation on how the media can shape the success (or lack of) of climate activism.
Outside of work, I am most likely running, cooking and eating or trying to get down to the coast!
