Morgan is chiefly responsible for designing and delivering a strategy for business development and funding partnerships aligned with Nesta’s new strategy.

Working with all of Nesta's missions, practices and enterprises - to varying degrees - Morgan is responsible for ensuring Nesta is powered by impact-led funding from a variety of sources and partners.

Prior to working at Nesta, Morgan has spent the majority of his career in the food & beverage sector, working with some of Britain and the world's biggest brands - retailers, foodservice operators, manufacturers, hotel chains to name a few - with a focus on future trends and innovation. He also spent time working in private tuition and education consultancy, working across both the state and private sectors.

He is an Oxford Graduate and with an MA in Cultural & Creative Industries from King's College, London.
