Lucy's background is in strategy and management consulting in the public and social sectors, and supporting early-stage ventures as an investor and advisor.
While at The Public Services Consultancy (formerly 2020 Delivery), Lucy led strategy and capacity building projects spanning healthcare, life sciences, the civil service, housing, and higher education. She has also run freelance consulting projects, including for a social enterprise pioneering Virtual Reality applications in the children's social services sector and an elearning platform. Most recently, she was an early employee leading multiple core functions at Count.co – a VC-backed data publishing and analytics start-up. Her previous experience also includes working at the United Nations (Office of Project Services) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Lucy holds a degree in History from Trinity College, Cambridge and an MA in International Relations (International Political Economy & Development) from the University of Chicago. Outside of work, Lucy can often be found watching live comedy, theatre or sport.
