Programme Coordinator, Nesta Challenges
Gabriella Kisoi is a Programme Coordinator at Nesta Challenges, working on the Canada Marine Plastics Project.
Prior to joining Nesta, her passion for innovative sustainable development led her to co-found a social enterprise that manufactures climate-smart, solar-powered market stalls with the aim of empowering fruit and vegetable vendors in East Africa to join the modern economy. Her professional experience further includes research and impact management, NGO fundraising, as well as leading Africa regional operations at the world’s largest platform for the launch of student-led start-ups.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management at the University of Nottingham. Beyond this, she dedicates her time to public speaking and mentorship, as well as travel and adventure.
