Benton Ching is designer in the ‘A Fairer Start’ Mission.

Prior to joining Nesta, Benton was studio archivist and designer at Es Devlin Studio, where he worked on projects across art, digital experience, film and stage for clients such as the Imperial War Museum and the World Economic Forum, in addition to managing studio archives, publications and educational outreach programmes. He has also worked previously in interaction design roles for and Wolf in Motion.

He has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Melbourne, and an MA/MSc in Innovation Design Engineering at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. His work has been exhibited at the London Design Festival, Dutch Design Week, Milan Design Week and nominated for the STARTS Prize in 2020.
