Policy and Research Manager
Benjamin is the Policy and Research Manager. He works on creative industries policy research, R&D and innovation, as well as on the skills requirements and the geography of the sector.
Before joining the PEC he worked in education, skills and innovation policy at the British Academy, Centre for London and UNESCO. He also worked for New Economy in Manchester and at German International Cooperation. Benjamin developed projects on topics ranging from urban labour markets, poverty alleviation in informal settlement in Cairo, to research on digitalisation and post-industrial cities.
Outside of work he enjoys post-dramatic theatre and looking at ruins of modernity.
