Alice is Communications Manager (job share) for the PEC.
Alice joined the PEC from the National Centre for Writing where for the past six years she was Director of Communications. Prior to this she worked in communications for a specialist arts university, and before that was Communications Manager for a literature festival. She has an MA in European Journalism and studied in Arhus and Utrecht. Her undergraduate degree was in Political Science at Birmingham University.
Outside of work Alice has two children aged 7 and 5 and spends most free time trying to get them off their tablets to do a wholesome jigsaw! In her spare time she likes to focus on her own creative writing. Alice is a narrative non-fiction writer and her most recent essay will appear in the journal Hinterland.
