Alice joined the Strategy Unit in 2021 as a Strategy Advisor to support with the implementation of Nesta's strategy to 2030.

Alice is a highly motivated, creative and experienced senior strategy consultant and programme director; with excellent communication skills and a breadth of experience spanning health, local government, central government and the third sector. Alice has a proven track record of applying her background in policy research and analysis, in combination with her passion for working in genuine partnership with people, to lead innovative projects that have a positive impact on people's day-to-day lives. 

She joined Nesta from CF, a management consultancy and analytics company dedicated to health and care, where she led a range of high-profile strategy programmes, including an award-winning analytics project that quantified the value of developing a community based model of care for people detained under the Mental Health Act alongside implementing new interventions to support people living with depression. Prior to this, Alice led the co-design and co-delivery of person-centred care using an asset-based community development approach across a population of 2m which was shortlisted for a national innovation award. She began her career as a management consultant working for Accenture, where she was responsible for drafting thought leadership on prevention in healthcare that was presented to the European Parliament and the European Commission.

Prior to this, Alice was a Parliamentary Researcher, working for several MPs in the House of Commons. She holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from Oxford University and is accredited in the Team Accelerator coaching methodology.

Outside of work she enjoys going to gigs and can generally be found chasing after her toddler.
