Summary of the idea:
The idea is to package and sell on the spot in a LAB FOOD TRUCK adapted to large retail outlets and at producers, food wasted or destroyed that cannot be resold by the distributor. Packaging is done by pasteurisation: cans, fruit juices, syrups, soups, pates, etc. Production carried out by one social entrepreneur may be resold within the supermarket, directly by the Food truck or the nearest caught up for sale to customers. The remainder may be provided with suitable packaging to charitable organisations for those in need.
