Q. What are the dates and timings of FutureFest?
Q. How do I view the programme and timetable?
During the event, the best way to access information will be through the printed programme as well as the FutureFest app, available for Android and iOS phones.
There will also be screens throughout the venue displaying the timetable and the details of upcoming sessions, and stewards available in all rooms to answer any questions you may have.
Q. Is FutureFest suitable for all ages?
A. FutureFest is designed for adults and will feature content that is not suitable for those under the age of 18.
Q. Can I book individual sessions?
A. No – ticket holders will be able to explore all areas of the venue and attend different sessions throughout the day. However, individual sessions and performances will be managed on a first come, first served basis according to room capacity in order to comply with Health and Safety regulations.
Some sessions will be repeated throughout the weekend to minimise the possibility of attendees missing a key speaker or performance.
Q. Will I be able to meet/network with the speakers?
A. The programme does not have any scheduled networking or meet-and-greet sessions. However, many of the speakers will be attending the entire weekend and may be happy to talk to you on a one-to-one basis. Please kindly refrain from approaching speakers just before or just after their sessions.
Q. Can I attend a session if I am running late?
A. Yes, as long as the room is not at capacity.
Q. When and how can I collect my tickets?
A. All FutureFest tickets are electronic, sent to customers via email from Billetto. If you do not receive an email upon purchasing a ticket, email [email protected].
Q. What happens if I lose my ticket?
A. If you are unable to retrieve your e-ticket, please make yourself known to a member of staff at the Events Entrance on Stoney Street and they will escort you to the information desk to verify your purchase and validate your entrance.
Q. Will Wi-Fi be available?
A. Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available and login details will be signposted around the venue.
Q. How do I find my way around?
A. Every room has clear signage and there are screens and signs throughout the venue directing attendees to each area.
Q. Will refreshments be provided at the event?
A. Complimentary water, tea and filtered coffee will be provided and widely available at the event.
Lunch will not be provided; however, within your printed programme you will find a list of market stalls, coffee shops and cafes located nearby; some of which will offer discounts to FutureFest wristband holders.
Q. Where is FutureFest being held?
A. The venue is Vinopolis, adjacent to Borough Market in London Bridge. Ticket holders must enter using the Events Entrance on Stoney Street, post code: SE1 9AA.
Q. What are the closest transport options?
A. Directions to the Events Entrance on Stoney Street.
The closest station is London Bridge, which is accessible by National Rail, and the Northern and Jubilee underground lines. Exit the station by following signs to ‘Borough High Street West Exit’, take the stairs (rather than the escalator) and at the top of the stairs, take the first right down Stoney Street. Look for the FutureFest banner outside of the entrance on Stoney Street.
Q. Is there parking nearby?
A. The nearest parking is NCP in London Vintry Thames Exchange on Bell Wharf Lane off Upper Thames Street, EC4R 3TB.
Q. Is there a pick-up/drop-off point for taxis?
A. There is not a dedicated drop-off or pick-up location. In order to be dropped off near the Events Entrance on Stoney Street please provide the cab driver with the following postcode: SE1 9AD.
Q. Will there be a cloakroom for luggage for attendees?
A. Limited cloakroom facilities will be provided. We strongly advise that you bring the minimum luggage (small handbag and coat) and that you avoid bringing any large items (sports bags, large handbags, luggage, foldable bicycles, etc.)
Q. Can I gain re-admission if I leave the venue?
A. Yes, you will be able to re-enter by showing the wristband you will be provided with on arrival.

Q. Is the venue fully accessible by wheelchair?
A. Yes, all areas of the venue are accessible to wheelchair users. However, please do kindly advise in advance of specific size/model/requirements so that we can ensure we have a dedicated member of staff available on the day to help.

A. Video clips of some of the presentations will be accessible on the FutureFest website at the end of March.
Q. Is there a way of seeing/watching a session that I’ve missed?
A. Audio and video from some of the sessions will be recorded and published via the FutureFest website. Not all sessions will be published online nor will all the sessions be released in their entirety.
