What I do

Rachael is the Assistant Programme Manager for Arts and Culture, Innovation Lab. Rachael currently manages the Digital Arts and Culture Accelerator and supports the wider team's initiatives such as Arts Impact Fund. Previously at Nesta, Rachael worked on the Digital R&D Fund for the Arts, a £7 million programme established by Arts Council England, Arts and Humanities Research Council and Nesta, aiming to explore the potential of technology to reach new audiences and develop new business models for the arts and culture.

Before joining Nesta, Rachael was a Project Manager at an arts consultancy, with over 7 years’ experience working in arts management.

Her background is in contemporary visual arts projects, organising exhibitions and national touring shows, and managing commissions, prizes and awards.
