What I do
Aisha graduated with an MA in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins, and carried out her work placement in Nesta's Innovation Skills team.
Having started as an architect, Aisha soon found herself exploring other mediums beyond the built environment. Through this process, she gained experience both within and outside of the design sector, including several research positions. Following her interest in design on a societal level, Aisha pursued an MA in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins. During this time, she focused her studies on how references from the natural world could serve as an alternative framework to help organisations embrace change and uncertainty in their respective fields. She is deeply interested in the intersection between design and social innovation, particularly in investigating ways in which design could incrementally improve society’s welfare.
