Skills for innovation

This strand of work aims to develop the skills and attitudes required for innovation to flourish in young people.

We're piloting a series of projects that focus on how to inspire enterprising attitudes and behaviours around risk-taking in young people and the professionals who work with them. We believe an informed attitude to risk is a crucial competency for innovation as it enables people to turn uncertainty into opportunity, overcome fear of failure, and to seek the necessary information to make informed decisions.

As part of this work, we have commissioned a unique tool to measure the innovative capacity of young people.
