The survey interviewed around 1,000 CEOs of small and medium-sized creative businesses to find out what forms of investment and business support are the most effective for this sector.
The survey determined that there is a lack of private investment and insufficient business support and development services for creative businesses.
It suggests that the answer lies in a more consistent investment and support for new creative businesses, and a greater focus on the commercial potential of these businesses.
