About Preparing for the Future

We published a collection of essays on equipping young people for a rapidly changing world. 'Preparing for the Future' captures viewpoints and insights from a diverse group of business leaders, entrepreneurs, young people and academics.

Part 1 - a 'Question Time' style panel made up of young people who have undertaken research, exploring their views on the most effective ways of developing skills for the future world of work.

Part 2 - a discussion with Richard Lambert, Director-General of the CBI, and Julia Cleverdon, Vice President of Business in the Community, who considered how best to prepare young people for an unknown future.
