Alex talks about the field of biomimicry, the concept of mimicking Nature, with its 3.8 billion years of trial and error, for inspiration to find solutions to today's problems and creative processes. He also discusses the difference in lead times for the development of BAE products and the process involved in managing collaboration between such as diverse range of scientists and engineers.
