We know your company's needs will change over time. We can provide specific and appropriate expertise and help at each stage of the company's lifespan. The nature of this help can be flexibly adapted to your needs, i.e. part-time or full time, interim or permanent.
Over the first few months, we may provide a mentor to help you develop your strategic direction, integrate your team and set up your corporate governance.
Once you have identified what expertise you need on a permanent basis for your management team and board, we will use our own extensive database of contacts, and where necessary, work with recruitment agencies, to source the best quality executive and non-executive management for our most promising portfolio companies.
As your needs change, we can help you find specialist advice on issues ranging from intellectual property and licensing negotiations to market research and clinical trials.
Throughout the company's growth, we can also provide a variety of approaches to provide you with a sounding board as you evolve the company's strategy and give you a 360 degree perspective. These may include mentors, coaching and/or sessions with bespoke interdisciplinary industry panels including suppliers, corporate executives, and specialist advisers.
