Digital Project Manager - OxFed
Join OxFed's team in this new and exciting, hands-on role leading the development and delivery of innovative digital health and care projects.
They represent the 20 NHS General Practices in Oxford City and are proud to have a programme of digital innovation work designed to improve and modernise patient care and help practices become more sustainable during these challenging times. As Digital Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of important projects and work with a broad range of stakeholders to take ideas from inception through to delivery. Your projects will form part of the wider Digital Health programme and you will work with the Digital Programme Manager to ensure successful and integrated development and implementation.
Your first project will be to work with a diverse range of partner organisations to deliver an innovative digital service to improve access to transport services for patients who have difficulty, so they can access their healthcare more easily. This important work is funded by Nesta as part of the ShareLab programme.
Your approach will be collaborative and you will put your experience in facilitation and community-building to good use. As an expert manager, you will define the project plan, setting a clear direction and ensuring a timely and responsive approach to problem solving and delivery. You will be an experienced digital project manager with a strong track record developing digital products and services with a user-centred, agile approach.
This is a hands-on role focused on making things happen.
