We are looking for an ambitious individual with a desire to work in the events industry to join us as Venue Hire Executive. 58VE is a brand new, purpose-built venue which was launched to the market in December 2016. Comprising an impressive events space on the ground floor, meeting rooms and a roof top lounge with a balcony boasting breathtaking views over the Thames and London’s skyline, 58VE is building an enviable reputation as the place to be.
About the role
This role covers every aspect of event management from marketing and initial enquiries to building and managing successful client relationships and ensuring high quality event delivery on the day. 58VE has huge potential and you’ll be part of team dedicated to growing the venue and increasing our annual income.
To secure this exciting opportunity
You’ll need to be exceptionally organised and be able to demonstrate how you’ve managed multiple projects simultaneously, often with conflicting demands, to a successful conclusion. Your attention to detail is second to none as are your planning and time management skills. You’ll also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear writing style and an understanding of social media platforms and Google applications.
