Jitesh Gadhia

Jitesh Gadhia is a senior investment banker, with extensive experience of cross-border M&A and capital raisings. He has played a pioneering role in transactions between emerging market and western companies - including the £6.7 billion acquisition of Corus by Tata Steel, India's largest outbound M&A deal and the sale of 71.5% of Matrix Laboratories to Mylan Inc. for US$736 million.

Jitesh Gahdia

Jitesh is a British Citizen of Indian origin, born in Uganda and raised in the UK. He was educated at Cambridge University and the London Business School.

Jitesh started his career at Baring Brothers, rising to become one of its youngest directors.  He was also involved in the sale of Barings to ING Group in 1995.

In 2001, Jitesh joined ABN AMRO, where he has led some of the bank's most important transactions on behalf of clients, including for Royal Dutch Shell, Severstal, Morrisons, Corus, LogicaCMG and BHP Billiton.

Jitesh is a Trustee of Guy's & St Thomas' Charity, the UK's largest National Health Service endowment, and a Trustee of the UK’s National Endowment for Science, Technology & Arts.
